Delivery Notes & Invoices

A publisher's day, hours shorter

Built for one client only - a book publisher whose staff lost hours of every working day retyping what bookstore chains had sent them. The tool reads those PDFs, splits them per store and produces print-ready delivery notes and invoices: one delivery note per bookstore, one invoice per partner. Deterministic parsers instead of AI, so there is no cost per document and no data leaves the browser. It is their internal tool, not a product on sale - we show it here as an example of what a single well-scoped build can take off a team's plate.

Small studio, real products

Cypress Tech is an independent software and AI studio. We don't just prototype - we take products all the way: design, engineering, infrastructure, billing, and the unglamorous 20% that makes software actually work in production.

Our products serve residential communities, sports clubs, hybrid teams, publishers and newsletter creators. Alongside them we build AI agents and automations for other companies - the same engineering standards, applied to work that used to be done by hand.

We are a small team on purpose: you talk to the people writing the code. And we are open for new work right now, whether that is a whole product, one automated workflow, or a few engineers joining yours.
